Quality Aggregates
- Our Stone is Black Basalt having approximate density 1.8. Quality of stone aggregates are ensured by adopting following measures.
- Stone rubbles received from quarry are passed through vibratory feeder having openings and screen to separate quarry rejects. Hence only stones are supplied to Jaw crusher.
- Proper CSS setting of cone crusher and eccentric gyratory action of cone mantle ensures the required size of aggregates.
- Cone crushed stones are sent to 3rd stage of crushing i.e. into Barmac VSI, where the impact action of blades grind the stone to the perfect size & shape.
10 MM VSI AGGREGATE
It is an important of concrete and helps in improving work-ability of the mix. It is suitable for site mixed and pumpable concrete used in ready mix concrete application. The compaction is very good and prevents in producisng less voids in concrete.
20 MM VSI AGGREGATE
Its is a key ingredient to produce cohesive concrete. The uniformly graded product with cubical shape ensures lower umcompacted voids. Its is also reffered to as coarse aggregates which are clean, hard, nonporus, free lumps of clay, organic and vegetable matter.
