RMC Unit 1 : Uppalwadi, Kamptee

Located in the industrial stretch of Uppalwadi, Kamptee, this unit serves as one of the foundation plants for Sidheshwarr RMC. Equipped with a CP30 batching plant by Schwing Stetter, this unit is ideal for small to medium-scale residential and infrastructure projects in and around Kamptee, Kalamna, and North Nagpur.
It is strategically placed to cater to quick delivery timelines within Nagpur city limits while ensuring quality and consistency in concrete mix.
RMC Unit 2 : Mahalgaon, Kapsi
Plant Code: Schwing Stetter H1J
Production Capacity: 60 m³/hour
Positioned near the Outer Ring Road at Mahalgaon in Kapsi, this unit houses a Schwing Stetter H1J batching plant, capable of producing up to 60 cubic meters per hour. This plant is built to handle large-scale infrastructure, government, and industrial projects across East Nagpur and Bhandara Road zones.
Being close to logistic corridors like the Mumbai-Kolkata Highway (Bhandara Road), this plant ensures faster raw material inflow and efficient concrete dispatch. Ideal for handling bulk orders for highways, metro construction, bridges, and multi-tower real estate projects.
RMC Unit 3 : Gumgaon, Nagpur
Plant Code: Schwing Stetter M1C
Production Capacity: 60 m³/hour
This is our’s most strategically critical and upcoming plant, located at Gumgaon. Powered by a Schwing Stetter M1C plant, with a capacity of 60 m³/hour, it is developed to serve the high-demand corridor of South and West Nagpur, especially catering to Metro Phase 2, MIDC Butibori, and MIHAN projects.
It is optimized for high-efficiency batching with next to zero deviation. This plant is projected to serve key government, airport expansion, logistics hubs, and metro infrastructure.
Aggregate Unit 1 : Pachgaon

Location: Panchgaon, Umred.
This unit represents the robust legacy of Sidheshwarr’s aggregate division. Installed with Diamond (Titan) primary and secondary crushers, the Pachgaon unit has been serving the central and southern Nagpur region since the early years. Known for producing a reliable range of 20mm, 10mm, 6mm aggregates and GSB, this facility is a backbone supplier for both infrastructure and RMC plants.

Location: Surgaon, Taluka Umred.
This is a modern, high-capacity, fully-automated 3-stage Metso crushing plant designed to produce superior-grade aggregates and high-quality M-Sand. With state-of-the-art equipment like Jaw C106, GP11M cone, and Barmac 7150 VSI, it delivers precision-shaped aggregates and optimally graded sand. It supports RMC operations and large-scale infrastructure works across Nagpur, Bhandara Road, and Kapsi regions.
Aggregate Unit 3 : Masalkund

Location: Masalkund.
This upcoming unit is aimed at extending aggregate and M-Sand, Crushed Sand, Washed Sand supply. The installation will be based on Metso VSI technology, ensuring cubical particle shapes and controlled gradation. Once operational, it will support regional demand for roads, bridges, and concrete manufacturing, making it an essential part of Sidheshwarr’s future growth roadmap.
